Our client based in Melbourne CBD provide innovative, competitive and flexible solutions for their clients every day and they genuinely love what they do. This is an opportunity to use your advanced analytics and reporting skills to work towards organisational improvements, service design, and create customer experiences that are simple to use and easily accessible in a multi-channel service environment. As the Customer Analytics Lead you will be responsible for leding a team of analysts to optimise their customer contact program.

The responsibilities for this role are:
• Re-organise the team’s rhythm and operating model to be more efficient and agile in delivering the output required by the busines
• Work with the Marketing team to ensure there is a single, efficient and robust delivery process
• Foster the team culture in alignment with the broader marketing team culture.

The successful applicant will have:
• Experience in leading a sizeable team (10 people) in delivering campaign analytics
• Strong in operational processes and change management
• Strong business acumen
• Strong understanding of data management system especially SAS
• Familiarity with Salesforce
