About the Company
Looking after high net worth individuals, this organisations values are built from the top down and they place culture as their top priority when recruiting. This role is a critical hire and will take responsibility for the operational duties of the practice. Reporting to the board of Directors your prime duties will include, strategic project plans, Human Resources, process and procedure improvement, marketing and general office administration. The one task that will take precedence over everything is compliance. The industry is under enormous scrutiny and so as such financial compliance and making sure that legislation and regular monitoring is adhered to.
About the Role
To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified and lead a team in the past. You must have experience of working in Financial Services and Compliance heavy environment with a technical background and adheres to standards. You can take responsibility for team reviews and personal growth and can confidently deliver one message across the organisation.
