About the role:
The purpose of the enrolments officer is to respond to customer enquiries to provide a tailored solution, and suggest the best education course aligned to their wants and needs. This is a relationship based role which requires you to make real connections using a consultative approach.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively managing the conversion of an enquiry into enrolment while being consultative and demonstrating understanding
  • Personalising the customer experience using a professional and relatable communication style
  • Use of effective questioning to identify needs, challenges and offer the best education course
  • Building rapport with each customer while focusing on solution
  • Work towards targets and service level agreements to ensure that exceptional customer service is provided
  • Enjoy working as part of a wider team and contribute to its success

About you:
You are an extremely motivated, self-driven individual who enjoys making sales and being recognised for your efforts! You thrive in a fun and fast paced environment, and enjoy working part of a team.  You will demonstrate the following:
  • Previous sales experience and proven track record of achieving targets
  • Exceptional customer service with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Computer literate and systems savvy
