Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, the Manager People and Capability is a key leadership role focused on the development and promotion of the strategic direction of the organisation and to deliver continuous improvement and people development initiatives.
The position has four direct reports that focus on Corporate Planning and Performance, Human Resources Services, Capability and Innovation and Occupational Health and Wellbeing. You will work closely with the Executive Management Team to continue the implementation of the People and Culture Strategy and the outcomes of the Enterprise Agreement.
Your ability to partner with key stakeholders from right across the organisation to understand the needs and concerns of all customers will be crucial to your success in this role.
This role forms part of the wider management team and will have exposure to the CEO and Executive Management Team. Strong leadership and experience in driving continuous improvement will position you well for this challenge.
