Your role will primarily focus on case management services for development customers. You will design and deliver end to end property servicing solutions, and deliver a customer experience that increases customer satisfaction. Additional key accountabilities are:
- Assess complex development cases for water assets and design servicing solutions
- Contribute to implementing servicing strategies at the precinct level
- Develop integrates servicing solutions for development customers that comply with all regulated components of the role
- Collect and analyse complex development data
- Review and establish the interim operating procedures
To be successful in this role you will need to have tertiary qualifications in urban planning, engineering, business or similarly and/or proven experience in working with infrastructure planning or development servicing.
