Job Description

We’re assisting a client searching for a Data integration Specialist for project implementation of Data Quality and Master  Data  Management solutions, and on completion of the project, transition the solutions to Business as Usual support.

You will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring  that  application  interfaces  are  well  documented  and  managed  to  meet  the  accuracy, availability, performance, and efficiency requirements of the business.
  • Providing support and assistance in data migration and cleansing activities, along with support and maintenance of the Business and Mapping rules for data transformation along with data sources for data enhancement.
  • Assisting in documenting  of meta-data definitions and the value  it provides in data management and reporting frameworks.
  • The Preparation  of functional  and technical  specifications  for  new  projects  and changes  in  BAU to existing systems and the reporting framework.
  • Supporting  project delivery of application, data and integration assets, through analysis of business needs,  ensuring with documentation and maintenance of integration interfaces
  • Ongoing support to Level 3 of the Data Quality, Master Data Management, Data Warehousing and Reporting solutions.
  • Liaising with and manage vendors for issues and changes
You will possess:
  • Must have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have ETL and Integration programming experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing integration technologies  including:
    • API / JMS / JSON / ODATA / Web Services
    • ADO / ODBC / JDBC
    • ETL solutions and FTP / SFTP
  • Exceptional  communication,  interpersonal,  and  customer  service  skills  with  the  capabilities  to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Office365 solutions.
  • Strong level of competency in documentation,
  • Strong team orientation as a team member, and taking leadership in critical incidents or activities.
  • Effective negotiation, problem solving, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Ensures accountability; holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
