We are looking for a customer service superstar, with a great attitude and demonstrated interest in the health industry.  This position would suit candidates who have worked for health food stores, studied naturopath or health sciences and demonstrate previous call centre experience.

About the role:
This is a full time permanent call centre position, working Monday to Friday between 8.30 to 4.30pm. This role will involve both inbound and outbound calls to customers. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
  • Processing inbound phone orders with accurate data entry
  • Answering inbound phone enquiries and emails from customers
  • Daily sales calls to existing accounts and new clients to generate revenue
  • Meeting daily and monthly KPIs
  • Generate Invoices and process credits
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders and build long term customer relationships ensuring repeat business
  • Enjoy working as part of a wider team and contribute to its success

About you:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- High attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Reliable, professional and friendly team player
- Systems savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
