Your role will be responsible for managing complex upgrade works requiring technical input across the property portfolio. Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide specialist structural engineering advice for both new and existing assets to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide advice and commentary on internal end externally developed designs
- Project manage technically challenging engineering projects from concept to completion in relation to structural distress in existing properties
- Create risk profiles and audit of structural assessment reports completed by consultants
To be successful in this role you will need tertiary qualifications in structural engineering in combination with experience in residential property development. Someone in this role would typically have around 5-7 years’ of experience, but we encourage anyone who is interested with more or less to apply.
