HR business partner
This health government organisation is well known as a corner stone in the development of cancer treatment and research, with a constant focus on translating research in to new clinical practices.
Your role is the first point of contact for the management and resolution of all HR issues and enquiries. Including workforce planning, performance management, employee and industrial relations, LnD, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and business optimisation. Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensure consistency in the approach to HR management and compliance
- Consult on HR related legislation, policies and procedures
- Advise and coach managers on managing performance and development strategies
- Advise on WHS issues to mitigate potential risks and hazards
- Staff on-boarding
- Conduct and review engagement survey data
To be successful in this role previous experience in a HR management or advisory position in NSW government is essential.
