The Senior Business Partners, People and Culture will consult and engage with the business to develop a true partnership approach, providing support across Melbourne and two regional Victorian sites. Further enhancing a value driven culture, the Senior Business Partners will strengthen and enhance leadership capability and support the employee lifecycle to ensure BlueCross can continue to make a difference in the lives of residents and their families. Influencing, coaching and working with site leadership to assist in developing people solutions and promoting a together culture will be key in the development of the business partnering model.
To be successful in these roles, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, coupled with strong HR generalist and business partnering experience, ideally across multiple sites. You will have previous experience in change management and have utlised HR data and metrics to enhance the employee experience. In addition you will have experience in writing and implementing processes for the improvement of the People and Culture function.
Strong interpersonal skills will be a key strength, as will your ability to collaborate and facilitate across a diverse workforce in an evolving and changing landscape. You will be results orientated, innovative and commercial in approach whilst being empathetic, highly energetic and compassionate. Passion, honesty and integrity will be key attributes in the success of this role.
