The role is essential in supporting realised benefits and sustainable outcomes of initiatives for the procurement improvement program through people management.

The Role

Your primary purpose is providing change and people management to project teams, and coordinate changes through all stages of a project lifecycle. You will also use and implement the existing end to end change management approach which includes: stakeholder analysis, business impact assessments and readiness plans. Additionally you will be:
  • Assess all changes and ensure appropriate stakeholders are engaged in the appropriate approval processes
  • Assist in the development of strategic change management plans
  • Ensure appropriate communication is had with all relevant stakeholders in relation to change practice, processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain existing tools, templates and processes for the project team and other change managers
  • Overcome legacy practices and silo operational management

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate proven experience in an autonomous change management role, preferably in a procurement and/or blue collar environment, in combination with excellent communication skills.
