Development assessment planner
With council’s priorities lying in planning and development, transport and quality of life an opportunity is now available for a Development Assessment Planner to work in the Planning team.
Local council offers flexible working arrangements and 35 hour working weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop in a new team, and get a chance to put your own mark on something growing.
With a rapidly expanding team, we encourage applicants from junior to principal level to apply.
Developments include but are not limited to upzoning, urban renewal, future use planning, use of GIS data, and subdivisions in various different regions such as greenfield, commercial and rural regions.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role a tertiary qualification in town planning or equivalently, in combination with experience of DA’s is essential.
