The opportunity

The Executive & Boards team in Sydney are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Executive Search team.

Key responsibilities in this critical role include:  
  • Working with the team to support them to execute delivery of recruitment processes;
  • Coordination of each Executive Search process including booking meetings, interviews, client / candidate interviews and assessments;
  • Completing administration tasks accurately and efficiently;
  • Proactively driving a high level of client and candidate care;
  • Providing systems super-user expertise with regards to our CRM;
  • Providing fast turnaround to the Interim Executive Practice.

About you
Are you a recent graduate looking to utilise your skills gained during study? Or have you had experience in a customer service role now looking to enter the world of Recruitment?

While previous experience in a similar role is desired; at Davidson, we pride ourselves on hiring for character and our ideal candidate will have:
