Our client is a leading organisation in the construction industry and has a requirement for a short term HR Administrator. This position is based in the Brisbane CBD and requires an immediate start. You will demonstrate a positive attitude and feel comfortable working in a fast paced environment. To succeed you will be an experienced human resource administrator with experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities can include:
- Drafting & issuing contractual letters
- Arranging pre-employment checks
- Creating employee files
- Answering phone enquiries and responding to emails
- Updating recruitment management system
- Coordinating and booking medicals
- Scheduling training and requesting online inductions
- Qualification checks and uploading paperwork
- Co odinating and booking travel
- Following up on outstanding inductions


Skills and Experience:
-
Demonstrated experience as within hr administration
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Well developed communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and priorities and responsibilities
- Professional, reliable and a positive attitude
