Heritage specialist

The Role
Your primary purpose is to provide advice on heritage matters to support the business units’ legislative requirements to the Heritage Act 1977 and NSW heritage council state agency heritage guide. Additionally you will be:
- Provide advice on changes to state wide environmental planning
- Act as an agency stakeholder in heritage related projects to ensure compliance
- Contribute to the implementation of heritage asset management initiatives
To be successful in this role you will need tertiary qualifications in heritage management, conservation or architecture, in combination with proven experience in heritage asset management.
