HVAC Maintenance Tender Scope Writer

Your primary purpose is reviewing current HVAC routine technical maintenance plans and developing new maintenance plans for all HVAC assets. You will review current maintenance plans with internal subject matter experts and in relation to relevant Australian standards, these will then be processed through both internal and ASA approval processes. Additionally you will be:
- Providing subject matter expertise to evaluate the current HVAC maintenance plans
- Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure the technical maintenance plans are developed, approved and implemented as a part of the new HVAC contract
- Provide tender scope writing and schedule development
- Perform site surveys to review HVAC assets and assess compliance and asset condition
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate proven experience in developing technical tender scopes and perform tender adjudications for HVAC or building services, in combination with excellent stakeholder management skills.
