Chisholm is seeking to appoint a dynamic and visionary leader to the position of Chief Executive Officer to lead Chisholm into its next phase of strategic growth and development.
 
Reporting directly to the Chair and Board, the CEO will have responsibility for the leadership and management of over 1400 staff, total assets in excess of $432M and an operating revenue of over $175M across all campuses. The CEO will play a key role in building and fostering relationships with government, industry and community stakeholders at local, state, national and international levels to continue Chisholm’s proud history of quality education delivery and high standards of student and client experience.
 
As the ideal candidate you will be a values driven leader and a proven commercially oriented senior executive with strong financial acumen. You will have a deep interest in education and either experience, or an understanding of, vocational education and training. You will demonstrate contemporary people and organisational management skills, the ability to achieve growth in a changing global environment, and an aptitude for, and focus on, the pragmatic implementation of strategy.
 
An inspirational leadership style together with exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, will see the right candidate thrive in this environment.
 
Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably at post graduate level, supplemented by ongoing professional development is essential.
