Our Client operates in the financial services sector and is looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to build on and improve the customer joinery.
About the Role
The Marketing Automation Specialist role sits in the Sales Experience team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks and operations in this team. The Marketing Automation Specialist will be providing support to respective product owners, as well as improving the customer journey through increased buying and conversions and reducing abandonment. This role will also be tasked with leveraging a variety of advertising platforms such as Adobe, Google, Facebook and LinkedIn. This role will also require the Marketing Automation Specialist to be quite data-savvy and aware of the latest marketing, advertising and digital trends.
To be successful in this role you will have a relevant tertiary degree. You will have good working experience with Adobe Campaign or Unica. You will have a solid data background in regards to databases, data warehouses as well as actioning data insights. You have a passion for people and you’re resilient by nature. You have navigated complex multi-channel journeys in the past and managed your stakeholder’s expectations. You have excellent interpersonal skills which enhances your communication levels and enables you to coach and mentor those around you.
