About the Role:
The developer will be required to undertake software development and maintenance activities to enhance components of the MyHR applications.
The position will be required to work across a number of solutions, including but not limited to the Employee Self Service front end to the department payroll/HRMIS solution and MyHR Home modules facilitating effective workforce management/planning and associated reporting functions.
This position will focus on predominantly front end development activities,the work is with applications hosted on-premise.
Demonstrated .Net development skills and experience in the following front-end focused and core.Net areas:
- Front-end focused
- Core .Net
- Microsoft .Net Framework
- SQL Server (2012/2014/2016)
- SQL Server – T-SQL
- Well-developed people management, mentoring and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritise, schedule and perform work to meet deadlines, commitments and work within a team environment and with ambiguity.
