About the Role
The document controller will be working 4 hours per day, 5 days per week and will need to;
  • Maintain project filing system & folders
  • Download daily aconex & print reports and all required attached documents/ drawings
  • File and distribute
  • Set up and run daily meetings with support of Delivery Manager
  • Follow up outstanding responses internally with project team (as directed by Delivery Manager)
  • Update the communications register
  • Work on other project related work as directed
About You
Applicants must be accomplished users in Aconex and;
  • A document controller with commercial building experience
  • Must be available 5 mornings per week
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
