Your primary purpose is undertaking valuations and negotiations of property in line with the business, project and program needs. Additionally you will be:
- Manage valuations and negotiations for property acquisition.
- Liaise with project team members and other property staff to ensure all documentation of agreement reflect conditions of purchase
- Provide advice to project teams in relation to valuation and property acquisition
- Assist the manager in the supply of cost estimates and progress reports for acquisitions
To be successful in this role you need to be a currently qualified valuer, in combination with good stakeholder engagement skills.
