This government organisation is a well-known and highly regarded in NSW. Working on large scale road and waterways infrastructure projects they provide plenty of opportunities for both personal and professional development.
Your primary purpose is undertaking valuations and negotiations of property in line with the business, project and program needs. Additionally you will be:
- Manage valuations and negotiations for property acquisition.
- Liaise with project team members and other property staff to ensure all documentation of agreement reflect conditions of purchase
- Provide advice to project teams in relation to valuation and property acquisition
- Assist the manager in the supply of cost estimates and progress reports for acquisitions
To be successful in this role you need to be a currently qualified valuer, in combination with good stakeholder engagement skills.
