This state government owns and manages state significant heritage assets, archaeological items and land such as The Rocks, Darling harbour and Luna Park.

The assets and land are currently used by residential, commercial and retail property projects and the role would provide heritage related advice in relation to these assets and project manage planning reports and updating conservation management plans. Additional responsibilities include:
- Manage multiple heritage related projects at the same time with competing priorities in a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide pre-application heritage advice to tenants and lessees
- Provide advice in relation to the Heritage act and s57 and s60 assessments
- Provide advice in relation to heritage policy and guidelines
- Heritage asset management
To be successful in this role you will need to tertiary qualifications in architecture, planning, heritage or similarly, in combination with proven experience in heritage asset management and/or project management in a heritage field.
