You will be working in a team with a wide variety of responsibilities including but not limited to development sites, demographics analytics and trends, housing construction advice and ministerial answers.

Your primary purpose is to manage and review development applications and environmental impact assessments. Additional areas of responsibilities are:
- Provide technical planning advice on feasibility, suitability and development options.
- Review environmental impact assessment reports and Development Applications packages.
- Conduct and document complex planning and legislative issues and reporting, project status and perform risk management.
To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in town planning or urban planning and enjoy working in agile environments, preferably in combination with DA experience.
