About the Company
Our client is leading consulting business known for providing a valuable service to its customers internally and externally. As this national business continues to grow they are looking to strengthen their brand by attracting and engaging fantastic talent for their construction and engineering clients. We are currently seeking a part time talent acquisition/recruiter for a 3 to 5 month temporary contract. For the right person this could turn into a long term opportunity!

About the Role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Recruiting white collar positions across estimating, construction and project management
  • Talent pooling of suitable candidates for upcoming projects and vacancies
  • Writing advertisements and posting to multiple jobs boards
  • Liase and consult with hiring managers to take role brief and discuss requirements
  • Tailoring CV’s to highlight relevant experience for upcoming projects
  • Creating long lasting relationships and asking for candidate referrals
  • Phone screening, interviewing and background checks

About You

You thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy providing expert advice to internal stakeholders. You find a sense of satisfaction in attracting and engaging the right talent to contribute to the overall success of the business.
In order for you to be successful for this role you will have the following:
  • Previous experience in engineering or construction recruitment/consulting
  • High level of internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work well within a team based environment
  • Proven ability to influence key decision makers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels
  • Resilience, adaptability and professionalism
