About the Company
Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government.  We have a number of upcoming opportunities within Queensland Government across key departments. We are looking for reliable and professional market transaction officers who are available immediately. 

About the Role
This contract is available for an enthusiastic and experienced project document controller. This role is based in Brisbane City, conveniently close to public transport. Standard business hours are – Monday to Friday. The role is best suited to someone who is passionate about document control and possesses strong time management and the ability to work autonomously.

  • Develops working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provides direction and support to others with regards to document and records management processes
  • Ensures compliance with Information standards and naming/numbering conventions and uploads project documentation to document and records management systems e.g. TRIM, CM9, Q-Pulse and RedEye
  • Run reports and respond to operational audits of the document management
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with queries and questions
  • Process internal and external mail within tight deadlines
  • Work alongside the technical team supporting them with any administrative duties
  • Attend and organise meetings, also taking minutes upon attendance
  • Update registers and store documents in DMS
  • Utilise all Microsoft suite products
About You
  • Sound knowledge of excel is a MUST
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proven document and records management knowledge and system skills combined with outstanding attention to detail and a determination to comply with exacting quality and information standards
  • Strong and effective communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
