Our client,a well known not for profit organisation engaged in community services seeking to appoint an Applications/ Systems Support Officer in permanent capacity.
This role is based in Melbourne CBD.
It's a basic application/ technical / helpdesk support role and ideally looking for candidates having experience in customer service roles OR in level 0 OR level 1 email / phone support.
About the Role
- Provide application support to end users -phone/email support,
- Manage application issues and provide solutions
- Work closely with vendors
- Manage application security
- Prepare and maintain application user manuals
- Prepare and maintain application reports
Well developed I.T. application skills
Prior experience in Technical Support role
High level of customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong interpersonal / communications skills
Excellent team and great culture
