The nature of the role involves how the internal systems will impact various streams of the organisation with a focus on their Customer Contact Centre.
As such there is also a need for the successful candidate to have worked in a regulatory environment.
You will have ADKAR / PROSCI or equivalent qualifications with proven experience working in large scale complex organisations and engaging with Senior Stakeholders to facilitate workshops.
Large organisational change and IT Transformation skills are required for this position.
