About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to take charge and make some key decisions on policies and procedures across a global organisation. You will be able to look back and be proud of your work knowing that you have made a huge contribution to the success of the business by developing remuneration strategies, performance management and contributing to general HR processes and procedures nationally.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Review and update the performance management policy and procedures
  • Provide advice on performance management training across the organisation
  • Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback on behaviours and establish objectives
  • Manage remuneration survey work, and analysis of data
  • Develop and maintain salary grades and compensation packages
  • Manage annuals bonuses and salary reviews and provide advice to management
  • Provide advice on employee contracts, transfers and terminations
  • Updating and maintain HR records on internal system
About You
You live and breathe human resources. You are comfortable in a fast paced, ever changing environment that requires you to constantly manage the moving pieces.
In order for you to be successful for this role you will have the following:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources with no less than 10 years relevant experience
  • Previous experience as a HR generalist preferably within the mining and resources industry
  • Up to date knowledge of general Human Resources processes and procedures
  • High level of internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Strong coaching skills with the ability to influence key decision makers
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and ability to set goals
  • You will be tech savvy and are happy to challenge the status quo
