Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, report progress and evaluate on an agreed program of capability development requirements for project and program management, including but not limited to: benefits management, risk and issues management, stakeholder engagement, resource management, effective lessons learned practices, induction and training, support for sponsors
  • Develop a Quality Improvement Plan to identify areas where process, output and systems improvements are required and map out how to address these areas
  • Provide updates to training based on agreed project management framework processes
  • Provide updates to Project Guidance tools, including development of material, facilitation and evaluation of sessions
Key Experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience with, project management methodologies, project and program delivery theory, principles and delivery approaches
  • Experience in designing and delivering capability development programs within a complex organisation
  • Experience in applying best practice change management principles or continuous improvement initiatives across a complex and diverse workforce
  • Demonstrated experience of presenting information or training with the aim of influencing an outcome
  • Demonstrated ability to actively provide and promote service culture through personal leadership
  • Qualification in an area relating to this role including formal project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, PMI or AIPM or similar
