Reporting to the Director Customer Experience and Business Transformation, you will lead a large number of teams (internal staff and external delivery partners) and be accountable for delivery of the Customer First Program against established milestones and budget. You will oversee, lead and advocate the vision of the program and the value it will create to staff, customers and the community. Through the development of strong relationships and networks across all levels of the organisation, you will be instrumental in building a customer first culture and capability to deliver organisational change and customer outcomes.
To be considered a strong candidate for this role, you must have a track record of leading multiple large scale transformation programs. You have experience in applying measurement to the customer & employee experience and are able to demonstrate tangible benefits and returns that your leadership of transformation programs has achieved. You have high emotional intelligence, the ability to build strong relationships and shift the way an organisation thinks and delivers’.
