As the Senior Manager, Visitor Experience, Zoos Victoria, you will contribute to the commercial growth of the organisation through enhancing the visitor experience across all Zoos Victoria properties. New ideas and opportunities will be developed, assessed and acted upon to achieve the desired growth and ensure that future public programs create lasting memories.
With a holistic view of the Visitor Experience across all Zoos Victoria properties, you will ensure each property has developed their own approach to enhancing the visitor experience whilst ensuring that the individual property plans align to the broader Zoos Victoria approach. A strong focus on customer service standards and consistency of the visitor experience will be championed by you and ensure that visitors have the best possible zoo experience.
To be successful in this role you will have exposure to effectively managing relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders. With experience working in a strategic and operational leadership role, you will have well established leadership skills and be extremely good at building rapport with people and having them join you in implementing new ideas. You are likely to have career experience that includes marketing, events or tourism and have a strongly developed commercial acumen with the ability to influence to achieve outcomes.
