To support the ongoing evolution and change, they seek to appoint a highly skilled, experienced and committed Senior HR Adviser to join their collaborative team of six within People and Culture.
This is your opportunity to take on a highly diverse and challenging position with a particular focus on ER and engagement initiatives at a national level. You will take responsibiilities for a growing scope of initiatives as this organisation continues to move forward with further aquisitions and growth. NB - regular travel to sites throughout NSW, Victoria ans South Australia will be involved.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide best practice HR advice and support to leaders and employees at all levels in the areas of Organisational Development, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Employee Relations and Compliance.
This senior position will bring into the company best practice concepts and ideas within the HR field, to continuously test and improve the HR framework against those models. The role will also ensure that HR issues which will impact the business are understood by relevant parts of the organisation.
As part of your role, you will build and maintain pro-active working relationships with all managers and employees championing the HR agenda. You will be working as part of a high performing and supportive HR team of four that aims for excellence in their service delivery.
You will be highly valued for your 5+ years at the Senior HR level, with particular strength and interest in Employee Relations gained in a medium to large-sized organisation.
Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and task orientated approach will see you to provide immense support to the team and greater business. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels is key.
And you will enjoy working as part of a strong team and your strength of character, self-starting and hands-on approach, teamed with your influencing skills and high level of confidentiality will see you build credibility amongst stakeholders.
