The ideal candidate can be Sydney.
- Build talent & contribute to the formation of an accurate database of skilled ICT talent that the team can leverage
- Candidate research, pooling & building talent communities for specific capability verticals within the Digital sector
- Provide career & recruitment advice to candidates and clients which is professional, useful, ethical & memorable
- Manage recruitment processes including but not limited to advertising, telephone screening, long listing, shortlisting, candidate interviews, reformatting of candidate
- CVs for presentation to the client, reference checking and submission through client recruitment portals
- Support the team in client & candidate management activities including attending meetings, providing intelligence, relationship building, support at hosted events & contractor care initiatives.
- Work with your team to conduct activities and build relationships that brand you as knowledge conduits and thought leaders within your discipline.
You will have the freedom to innovate, bringing your ideas to fruition to achieve the best possible outcomes, in this specialist delivery role.
Part of this role will involve building out innovative customer experience strategies together with playing a part in the design/build of our overall CX (customer experience) Strategy.
