About the Role
This short term role requires someone to implement a change management plan that has already been established and approved. The role will manage all change aspects of two distinct projects:
- An update to an Online Customer Portal
- An upgrade to a telephony system...working alongside the Customer Contact Centre staff.
- Able to hit the ground running and implement an established change management plan
- Experience dealing with both internal external customer facing type projects
- Excellent skills in developing and executing communication plans
- Ability to conduct workshops, one-on-one training and group training
- Immediate start
- Open to both 5 days per week or part time.
