To support planned operation growth, an opportunity has arisen for a talented Procurement specialist to join the team, in a role that will see them working in partnership with Executive Leaders across the business to achieve long-term sustainable growth.

About the Role
As a Senior Member in the Procurement team you will be accountable for leading and guiding the Procurement function with a key focus of improving procurement strategies, frameworks, tools and templates.  Your duties will include but not limited to:
  • Establish the annual procurement strategy
  • Implement a strategy to review and secure new contracts, which support and maximise sales
  • Supporting and developing of the all Procurement teams.
  • Manage existing, and identifying new suppliers to maximise long-term
  • Collaborate and enhance relationships with suppliers and selling partners
  • Contract negotiations and product implementation

About you
To be considered for this sought after position you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role leading a procurement function in a senior leadership position. You will have the ability to communicate competently with various stakeholders and be a natural influencer.  Demonstrated ability in developing budgets and driving teams in success is also essential. We are ideally looking for someone who comes from an organisation operating within the Travel industry, however demonstrated experience of being influential in the growth of a business in a related industry in new markets will be highly regarded. Domestic and International travel will also be required.
