About the Company

Large government department based in the Ryde area of Sydney require and experienced change manager who has worked on large scale accomodation / relocation projects

About the Role

Responsibilities - Change activities including but not limited to development of a robust Change Strategy, lead consultation with business and key stakeholders, development of implementation plan and transition to embed into BAU
  • Specifically
    • Assist in understanding stakeholder behaviours (may include interviews / focus groups), and implementing strategies to change / modify behaviours
    • Assist in embedding the support model for consistent application of quality product (including briefings, resources, materials, embedding a feedback loop)
    • Building awareness, capability and confidence across the enterprise (strategy to address blockers / sceptics)
    • Capability development and partnering across all stakeholders
    • Strong Leader, pragmatic, hands-on, develops relationships, achieves outcomes, delivers on results, problem solver, with excellent relationship and communication skills
  • Relationships - Partner with Program/Business/People and Safety
  • Experience - Deep and proven expertise in culture and change, transformation, compliance in complex and sensitive environments, behavioural change and embedding change; including
    • experience in training and education, learning environments;
    • experience in property, construction, technology building development;
    • experience in large scale accommodation relocations;
    • a commitment to quality and excellence;
    • highly skilled in development and implementation of capability uplift and approaches leading to successful transfer of skills and learning;
    • continuous improvement to ensure adherence and understanding of policies and practices:
