MSQ is now seeking an experienced Executive General Manager People & Culture (EGM P&C) to lead the organisation’s culture, to support the achievement of business strategy, and work closely with the CEO on positive change and growth agenda .
The EGM P&C drives organisational development through the deployment of a robust learning and development strategy and leading the People & Culture team in the delivery of customer centric HR and workplace performance services.
Reporting to the CEO and, as part of the ELT, you will be responsible for human resource management and workforce planning, learning & development, leadership development, succession planning, health and safety, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Successful applicants will have demonstrated experience in a similar role delivering HR and workforce planning services across geographically dispersed sites, successfully executing strategy and leading a customer centric, yet performance oriented culture.
