CVGT is experiencing a period of ongoing transformation and a significant growth agenda across all aspects of the business. They are now seeking a Managing Director to strategically position the organisation for the future within a refreshed executive team.

Reporting to a highly engaged and ambitious Board, the MD will provide strategic and inspirational leadership in line with the organisations vision and refreshed strategy. As a high profile leader within the community, you will take an active role engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, being visible, building trust and credibility, and furthering the existing strong partnerships in place. The MD will be innovative and future focused in their approach to identifying and generating alternate revenue streams and in providing responsive actions that meet customer needs.

Regarded as a trusted leader, you have a proven track record driving an inclusive, safe, open and positive culture. You have the natural ability to influence, advocate and build strong diverse stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally. Your sound financial management skills, your ability to think big picture and embed innovation into business operations, decisions and solutions are essential.  Previous experience working closely with a board, together with your demonstrated executive level leadership experience gained from within a values based environment will be well regarded. This is an exciting opportunity to take CVGT through to the next stage of growth and engage with both State and Federal Government, industry partner organisations or agencies, the community and clients within the region and nationally.
