Reporting to the General Manager Capital Delivery & Network Field Services, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the capital works program for the organisation. You will provide leadership, technical input and support to the Project Management team to deliver multiple complex, multidisciplinary capital projects. You will ensure that program and project performance are delivered against time, cost and safety requirements whilst driving efficiency, commercial and quality improvements within the program. You will bring and encourage innovative thinking into the organisation and a continuous improvement focus to improve the services offered to the customer.
You will further develop an already high performance culture. You have demonstrated strong leadership, high energy and people management competencies, with appropriate technical expertise, in order to drive the required business outcomes of the team. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, with a key deliverable of both enhancing the customer experience and a commitment to building relationships with internal and external stakeholders including contractors, regulators as well as customers. You will build upon the program development, strong reporting standards and KPIs in place focused on safety, budget and customer outcomes.
