Established in 1983 in Bendigo, CVGT Australia is an innovative provider of individualised, quality and sustainable employment services, delivering positive economic and social wellbeing to transform lives across Australia. CVGT is experiencing a period of ongoing transformation and a significant growth agenda across all aspects of the business. They are now seeking a Managing Director to strategically position the organisation for the future within a refreshed executive team. 
Reporting to the Managing Director and an integral part to the broader Executive Team, this role will lead the day-to-day business operations across CVGT's programs nationally. The COO will drive operational excellence in all customer facing positions across the organisation as well as driving the implementation of the strategies in conjunction with the MD and Board. With a focus on changing traditional thinking and attitudes, you will build the workforces’ commitment to organisational objectives whilst also linking the strategic agenda to operational delivery. 
You have strong operational leadership experience across a number of service streams and extensive general management experience. You have a proven track record of enhancing organisational performance and an ability to drive change effectively across an organisation. Your interpersonal ability allows you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and you have a leadership style that results in high performance work cultures. Finally, your ability to think strategically and execute operationally is one of your strengths and you bring high levels of integrity to everything that you do.
