The role
Reporting to the Student Attraction and Community Engagement, the Director Communication and Engagement will lead the communication, marketing and stakeholder engagement division at GOTAFE. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing contemporary and compelling marketing, communications and engagement strategies which support the programs and activities of the organisation and position GOTAFE as a leader in the provision of vocational education and training.  The Director will develop impactful and innovative marketing strategies and develop a robust and transparent engagement framework to ensure on going engagement with multiple stakeholders across government, industry and community.
To be considered for this opportunity, GOTAFE are seeking an engaging and innovative leader with demonstrated experience driving an innovative and high performing team.  Experience in the delivery of high quality outcomes, as well as working as a collaborative and customer orientated leader will be key to the success of this role. With the ability to critically analyse and develop strategies to identify potential opportunities, you will have a strong marketing background and be passionate about making a difference to the community. You will enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, drive innovative within the team and have experience reporting to Executive and Board when required.
