Reporting to the Executive Director Corporate Services, the Director Digital Solutions will drive the provision of innovative digital solutions and support services across GOTAFE. Delivering on the ICT strategy the Director will lead the Digital Solutions Department and provide modern, comprehensive and high quality digital infrastructure and support services to the organisation across all campuses. Leading the planning, development and management of all information and communication technology systems and operations, the Director will foster a culture that is customer and solution focused and one that is a genuine partner to the wider organisation. Furthermore, the Director will oversee vendor relationships, contracts and the financial management of the entire digital infrastructure.
To be considered for this opportunity, GOTAFE are seeking an engaging and innovative leader with demonstrated experience inspiring and fostering talent and building capability of a Digital Solutions team. Previous experience delivering high quality evidence based strategic advice, financial management, and expertise in information and communication technologies and operational management will be key to the success of this role. Working as a collaborative leader, with excellent communicate and negotiation skills, you will enjoy building relationships and have demonstrated success empowering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. GOTAFE are flexible with sector experience but are seeking someone with strong community values and a passion for life-long learning and regional communities.
