The role
Reporting to the Executive Director, Student Attraction and Community Engagement, the Director Student Pathways will establish and enhance a suite of relevant and valuable pathways for GOTAFE students across the multiple campuses.  Working closely with a range of diverse stakeholders, the Director will develop and implement strategies which support innovative and contemporary student pathway programs and activities for perspective and current students. The Director will build strategic stakeholder relationships with schools, education partners and tertiary institutions, as well as establishing partnerships with peak bodies, industry and community.
To be considered for this opportunity, GOTAFE are seeking an engaging, innovative and client focused leader with demonstrated experience leading a team that supports student success and optimises the student experience.  The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels will be key to the success of this role, as will strong communication skills and a continual improvement approach to educational quality.  You will be innovative, collaborative and results orientated, developing a high performing culture through your ability to find solutions for the benefit of the student experience.
