SRW is experiencing a period of once in-a-generation transformation, with the modernisation of major infrastructure and services, upgrading irrigation districts and preparing them for a more climate-resilient future. The transformation does not stop in the field: new IT projects, customer interfaces, business systems and people and culture processes are helping SRW to develop a future-ready organisation.
The People and Capability Manager will provide high-level human resources and workplace relations advice to management and staff across SRW. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will lead the team to drive high service delivery standards in the areas of employee services and payroll, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and learning and organizational development.
This critical role will see you draw on your substantial human resources leadership experience in a broad range of areas. Your ability to manage change in a complex environment coupled with coupled with your analytical problem-solving mind will also be required to see you identify issues, develop solutions and provide advice across the organisation. Additionally, your experience developing strong and collaborative working relationships across an organisation and your enthusiasm for continuous improvement that focuses on the future of the organisation will be key.
