The role
Reporting to the Executive Director People and Innovation, the Director Innovation and Performance will play an exciting role in building and promoting a culture that embraces innovation. Working as a trusted advisor and senior business partner, the Director will lead a multidisciplinary team of internal business consultants whose mission is to identify and deliver contemporary innovative projects that challenge existing business models, maximise performance and create tangible benefits to students, staff and stakeholders. Underpinning this, the Director will ensure the organisation has access to sophisticated, reliable, high quality data insights, emerging trends and associated reports to inform evidence-based strategic planning and business decisions. Furthermore, the Director will ensure the project and program management processes and systems are efficient, effective and agile.
To be considered for this opportunity, GOTAFE are seeking an engaging and innovative leader with demonstrated experience leading an innovative focused Project Management Office. You will have proven capability and success utilising analytical research and data insights to inform strategic project or program delivery. You enjoy building relationships and have demonstrated success empowering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. GOTAFE are flexible with sector experience but are seeking someone with strong community values and a passion for life-long learning and regional communities.
