Reporting to the National Director, Industry Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing a national business plan to grow Kangan Institute’s share of the education and training within a number of industry sectors. With your consultancy based sales approach you will develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders and industry bodies. A key component of this role will be to educate your clients and organisations on our unique offerings and provide expert advice and guidance and devise the best solutions to meet their organisational needs and improve workforce capability and productivity.
Ideally you will be degree qualified in marketing or a commercial discipline and have developed your consultative sales and business development background from within a business to business services environment. You will have a proven track record of winning business and growing market share revenue. Strong commercial acumen, consultative approach to sales, strong communication skills, engaging and resilient style are essential for success in this role.
