Our valued client is seeking a motivated Business Analyst with specific focus on customer engagement and process mapping.


About the Role
  • Analysis of workflow and process mapping - specifically customer complaints and feedback
  • Reporting on data and metrics to identify trends and patterns for customer engagement
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and develop best practices for investigation of issues, complaints and feedback
  • Develop improved processes to reduce responses without the loss of customer experience
  • Improve customer enquiry process both online and in traditional form


About You
  • Previous business process mapping or customer experience analyst experience is essential
  • Understanding of Government processes and policies is highly regarded
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence in working with senior and executive stakeholders
