Davidson are currently working with one of the world’s largest names in wind energy. This company manufactures, installs and services its turbines all over the world. With over 100GW of installed turbine capacity and operations in over 80 countries they are continuing to grow here in Australia. Because of significant growth in projects they are looking to appoint a full time Contracts Manager to be based in their Melbourne office.
About the Role
As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for a number of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Drafting of contractual agreements, negotiation & execution
- Working with key stakeholders to asses Risk Management
- Ensure contracts and documentation records are managed and up to date
- Providing expertise to key stakeholders on contractual queries
- Implement effective process and procedures for improving contract management as required
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and organisations in a professional manner. Experience on large infrastructure projects and will a passion for the renewable energy industry will be highly regarded. You will also hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Law or Business/Commerce or equivalent.
