About the Role
The Customer Analyst role will be responsible for:
- Providing strong analytical skills to heavy data sets to derive insights
- Analysing the effectiveness of various campaigns and innovations
- Providing good stakeholder management skills
- Applying good problem solving methodologies
To be successful in this role:
- You will have a strong background in mathematics or statistics
- Tertiary qualification in a statistical / analytics based subject.
- You will have a strong background in either campaign, marketing or customer focused position
- Ability to give results commercial meaning and communicate these ideas to a variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience using SAS or R
