About the Role
The Customer Analyst role will be responsible for:
  • Providing strong analytical skills to heavy data sets to derive insights
  • Analysing the effectiveness of various campaigns and innovations
  • Providing good stakeholder management skills
  • Applying good problem solving methodologies  
About You
To be successful in this role:
  • You will have a strong background in mathematics or statistics
  • Tertiary qualification in a statistical  / analytics based subject.
  • You will have a strong background in either campaign, marketing or customer focused position
  • Ability to give results commercial meaning and communicate these ideas to a variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience using SAS or R
