Construction project manager

Your role will primarily focus on project managing construction projects in the educational sector. Additional key accountabilities are:
- Managing small to medium sized construction projects within early childhood and schools
- Undertake site visits and scope the work to be tendered
- Provide mentoring of project officers to gain construction experience
- Administer contracts and manage contract variations, organisational programs and support services
To be successful in this role a tertiary degree in construction, engineering or project management is essential in combination with proven experience in a similar role with successful project delivery, preferably on construction projects in the educational sector.
